Before submitting a ticket
- Make sure your theme version and plugins are up to date.
- Ignore the activation messages from Visual Composer and Revolution Slider; we always include the new versions after compatibility tests, so you don't need to purchase and activate them separately.
- If you're having issues with one-click demo data installation, it's most likely a server issue; please check you have the minimum server requirements and ask your hosting provider to make the needed changes for you; these changes are needed because the importer works with lots of content and your server cannot handle it.
