    i have purchased the theme about an hour ago but it say that it is already used but i am not. what can i do?

    hello, i guess i have trouble installing the theme. i have the theme that stops after 99% and it takes forever. after an hour i stopped it and it looks like it is working but partially, like some feature are missing. what can i do? i've checked if it is my server problem but it is not. do you have any advice? thanks

    Most probably that is because of your server settings so please make sure you have set the recommended server settings. If that is not the case, then please provide us your WordPress credentials and we will take a closer look at your site.
