I installed Smart Estate by wordpress and tried to configure the logo - but I found no configuration area like in the documentation. So I cleaned the installation and made it by ftp again. Same result - there is no Smart Estate in the dashboard??
You should first need to activate the theme from the home page of your admin dashboard. Once the theme is activated 'Smart Estate' menu item will be shown and you will be able to customize all the theme options.
If you have still cannot solve this issue then please send us your WP credentials and we will take a closer look at that.

This URL is a testlink to a new provider before DNS switch. So I can't provide you with other URL! Best solution would be, if you modify your netzwork adapters DNS Server like that, just during the search for a solution:
I tried to change the DNS on my MacBook Pro but without success. Can you please explain to me once more what is your issue. You're not able to activate the theme or once you activate you're not able to use it?
Now, we accessed the admin panel and the issue seems to be related to the file permissions. So please make sure all theme folders have 'write' permission and see if that fixes the issue.

And it's also not possible to delete / remove the purchase key! Because I thought, to de- and reactivate could solve the problem :-(

There is no area to make all the theme Settings!? I'll have a look, if I can Change the address!! But I Need this urgent

It was a permission problem, which I never had before with this hoster :-) I had to reinstall the theme, and there it was!!
