    Hello,

    I'm having an issue with Google Maps not showing up.

    I have entered my Google Map API Key and Latitude and Longitude, but it does not work.

    I'm getting an error message as shown in the attachment.

    Please reply with possible fixes.

    We've just fixed the issue for you. There was an extra space in the Google Map API key field which caused the error.

    Map Center Latitude and Map Center Longitude are the map coordinates while lat/long are your exact location coordinates.

    Looks that theme options couldn't be inherited so we entered the same map details into the shortcode itself. And now the marker is showing on the map.

    p.s. Please feel free to ask again for any other issues. Yesterday, we left the office and couldn't respond you quickly.
