The toggle for Fixed and Scrolling Header is not working with the London Dem of the Theme. I have tried to edit in the Theme options under "Header" but its not allowing the Header Nav to scroll down with the page? Can you please help, we want the header nav to drop down and follow the page scroll.

To fix that please make sure to add the following line after line 205 in wp-content/themes/transpress/includes/actions.php file:
