Can you please also provide us your cPanel/FTP login details. There is an internal error happening and that is most probably due to server settings. We will check it and let you know.
Looks that you have a very old PHP version running on your server (v5.4.45). Please upgrade it to PHP 7 or at least PHP 5.6. That should fix the issue!
After installing DentalPress Theme I get a blank screen. the blank screen also appears when going to the backend www.dentalmendivil.com/wp-admin
I have deactivated all plugins and try with other themes. The problem appears when activating DentalPress theme.
