    I am struggling with 2 issues.

    1- You Tube video is not playing correctly.

    2- In adding images to the gallery the option of choosing the categories are grayed out- No way to choose categories.

    Hi Allison,

    1. Please try to add the embed link as shown below: 

    https://www.youtube.com/embed/TmUP1TP1pEk

    2. Please make sure that all WPBakery Page Builder elements are placed in the right way, in particular look at the columns.

    If you cannot fix them please provide us your WP credentials and we will be glad to take a closer look.

    1. Sorry, we gave you wrong instruction. The right way to insert the link is as shown below i.e. without https:

    //www.youtube.com/watch?v=TmUP1TP1pEk

    2. It was a bug in admin.js script which caused the issue. We have now successfully fixed that and you should be able to select categories.

    p.s. Please note that in general you haven't use in the proper way section, row and column elements.
