Is it possible to change the form with the comment on the blog page? I'd like to translate it in Russian. And is it possible to leave comment without loggin it? Where i can get information about commenting ? Can I see the list of persons, who logged in? Ideally, i would like to have a possibility to leave comments in blog without logging, adding google captcha for example or social network logging. But i don't know is it possible to implement such idea
1. You can translate the theme using Poedit. We just uploaded for you dentalpress-ru_RU.po and dentalpress-ru_RU.mo files in /public_html/wp-content/languages/themes/ and all you need to do now is edit .po file, add RU translations to the theme strings and re-upload them (both .po & generated .mo) in the same directory.
2. You can enable commenting for unlogged users from Settings > Discussion. Please see this article for more details.

Please find below the answers to your questions:
