I'd like to insert google tag manager code. Part of it should be inserted into the <head> tag, the other part just in the beginning of <body>. How can I insert it to all pages?
You need to edit 'wp-content/themes/dentalpress/header.php' and add the first part of the code <head> after line 14 while the rest of the code <body> you should add after line 18.
