where can i find the content that in service page under side bar, they are not in page and not in side menu either, i need to remove these, how can i find these content.
You can remove those widgets from Appearance > Widgets > Services. If you want to completely remove the sidebar from the page then you can do that from Page Settings Area > Sidebar > No Sidebar (see https://d.pr/i/Isof8T).
