I followed Setting up the Demo Content from your Documentation, but before that I installed all plugins except MailChimp (because I don't want subscription on my website), and then I click Import demo (see screenshot)
You told us
The Dummy content is really big and may takes few minutes to import. Do not interrupt/cancel the import process! , and that's ok, I was waiting maybe 15 minutes, but progress bar will be 0% all the time with one error in console (I think something about wp-ajax can not be found - Error 404).
After 15 minutes I refreshed the page (while the progress bar was still 0%) and I saw that the content is included without bugs in console (screencapture in attachment).
Please tell me is that ok or I should reset demo content and import again ? Thank you

Please help me, I don't have an option to enable or enter a content for top bar of footer like in your demo , Housico 3
Two types of footer are supported: Widgetized and Page. If you want to use the first one then you can add the content from Appearance > Widgets.
