In order to fix the issue please try to replace wp-content/themes/housico/assets/lib/boostrap/js/bootstrap.min.js file with this file: https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/twitter-bootstrap/3.3.7/js/bootstrap.min.js.
