Hello there, I just purchased Housico, I tried to make an installation and I did validate the product with my product key, when I tried to install plugins and hopefully load some demo content I received an error that messed up my whole wordpress installation so I had to make a clean install.
When the clean installed happend, I uploaded the theme but the code seems to be not valid anymore, can you please help me with it ?
First of all, thank you for your purchase and for choosing our theme.
We have just reset your license and you should now be able to activate again the theme without any issues. After you validate your license, before activating the Housico Options shortcode, make sure to remove line 67 in the options.php file that is located in wp-content/plugins/housico-options.
If you have trouble setting up the theme, please just provide us with your WP login details and we will be happy to assist you.
I didn't read the whole message you wrote me before starting installing the theme and I received again a critical error (not sure if the cause of this critical error is what you told me about line 67). I attach a screenshot of the error I received.
Can you please once more reset the product key and tell me what could be the reason for that critical error?:( I got this right after I installed and activated the required plugins.
Please try again now, but please make sure to remove line 67 of options.php before activating Housico Options shortcode, because that is causing the fatal error.
