First of all, thank you for your purchase and for choosing our theme.

We have just reset your license and you should now be able to activate again the theme without any issues. After you validate your license, before activating the Smart Estate Options shortcode, make sure to remove line 67 in the options.php file that is located in wp-content/plugins/smart-estate-options.

If you have trouble setting up the theme, please just provide us with your WP login details and we will be happy to assist you.

The issue you are facing is a known issue to us and we have already published a hotfix for the buyers to apply it. All you will have to do is remove or comment a line of code in options.php file. If you find this difficult, we will be happy to do that for you. Moreover, we'll make sure the demo is installed and you're ready to begin building your site.
