Hi I would like to return this theme. There is a conflict of theme with WordPress version. This theme (Smart state) is only supported with the version below 6.1 and my tech guys were unable to install it.
After you validate your license, before activating the Smart Estate Options shortcode, please make sure to comment or remove line 67 in the options.php file that is located in wp-content/plugins/smart-estate-options folder. Or, please provide us with your WP login details and we will be happy to assist you.
We have checked this but we are facing an error which shows that this license is already used on another domain. It is a common error for this theme. Here is a link where they have mentioned the same. https://flexipress.ticksy.com/article/13758/ so please contact support for this.
Can you guys help us get by these issues. We really need to resolve this for the client. THx
